We’re delighted to welcome you into our home on Broadway to share the power of live theatre. Before you arrive, please read about the protocols we have in place to ensure the health and safety of all our patrons, artists and staff. It's best to check this page closer to your visit for the most up-to-date information.
Vaccination & Masking Guidelines Beginning May 1, face masks will be required when our county is at a high-risk level. At medium and low risk levels, masks are encouraged but not required. Follow the CDC COVID-19 County Tracking tool for the most recent updates.
Upon entry, patrons must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the date of attendance. Patrons can show either paper or digital documentation (including a photo of your vaccination card), along with a matching photo ID.
“Full COVID-19 vaccination” means 14 days following a single-dose vaccine or 14 days following the final dose in a two-dose vaccine series. Vaccination cards and/or test results must be from a licensed provider, laboratory, or health care provider. Self-reported vaccination records or [at-home] test results not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.
If you are unable to provide vaccine or negative test proof, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your visit.
OCT staff, artists and volunteers are subject to a mandatory vaccination policy.
Note: Please do not email proof of vaccination, test results, or any other medical information to the Box Office. The record of your vaccination status is not, and will not, be kept on file. Proof must be presented upon arrival for each visit.
Ticket Policy If you find you’re unwell, please don’t come to the theatre. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within 14 days of your visit or been instructed to self-isolate within the last 10 days, we ask that you stay home and contact us, when you can, to discuss ticket refund, exchange and donation options: (541)465-1506.

We recognize that public health guidelines are ever-evolving and ask for your patience as we make any necessary safety adjustments. We also ask that you do your part to protect yourself and others by reviewing and agreeing to the attendance protocols before arriving at OCT.
