Our Box Office opens the Tuesday prior to each opening night, with some adjusted dates around holidays and special events. The Box Office remains open during each production's run:
- Tuesday & Wednesday, 3:00pm-5:00pm
- Thursday & Friday, 3:00pm-7:00pm
- Saturday, 6:00pm-7:30pm (start of show)
- Sunday 12:00pm-2:00pm (start of matinee)

Our Box Office is located at 194 W Broadway in the theatre lobby. The building is located between Charnelton and Olive, just east of Shaw Med.
Refunds, Exchanges & Weather Contingency Policy: It is our general policy not to issue refunds for ticket, subscription or pass purchases. Despite this policy, we may elect to, but do not hereby obligate ourselves to, offer you an opportunity to receive a full or partial refund for your purchase depending upon individual circumstances.
Exchanges are available only to Subscribers and Passholders and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the ticketed performance. For Subscribers, an exchange fee will be waived. However, for all patrons, there may be an upgrade fee depending on your new performance date.
In the event of any canceled performances, all ticket holders for the canceled performance(s) will have the opportunity to make a free exchange for another event date. OCT will reach out to all ticket holders for any canceled performance(s) with instructions about exchange options, so long as the ticket holders have provided their telephone number and/or email address.
All requests for exchanges must be made within the 48 hours following the canceled event. Patrons that OCT cannot reach within 48 hours following the canceled performance will have their ticket converted into a non-refundable donation. If you believe you qualify for a refund or would like to make an exchange, please contact OCTís box office by email at email@example.com, or by calling (541)465-1506.
Late Seating: Due to the intimate nature of our performance space, OCT has a no late seating policy. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the performance begins. In the event of inclement weather, we may hold the performance for late arrivals, but please do your best to allow enough time for safe travel. OCTís lobby and box office are open one hour before each performance.
Unusable Tickets: If you have a ticket you are unable to use, we suggest introducing someone new to the theater by giving your ticket to a friend. You may also donate unusable tickets back to us if you inform us you are unable to use the ticket in advance of the performance. The price you paid is a tax-deductible gift to the theater, which we will acknowledge with a donation letter.
