The Northwest Ten Festival of Ten-Minute Plays returns in 2019 for the 11th year running, continuing on its mission to become the premiere ten-minute play festival of the Pacific Northwest. Selected submissions will be produced as a part of the Northwest Ten Festival
at Oregon Contemporary Theatre in Eugene in March 2019.
The 2019 show is titled Northwest Ten Goes to Eleven!, so named for that extra push over the cliff in the eleventh year of turning up the dial. “We’re delighted to continue the tradition of quality local theatre,” said co-Executive Producer Connie Bennett. “Eugene area audiences have come to appreciate the tradition of whimsy, surprise, and delight inherent in the ten-minute play format. We are so grateful to all those who have participated in the past decade of NW10, including our co-producers at OCT, the talented actors, directors, designers and crew, the community at large, and—of course—the playwrights!”
Submissions for the 2019 NW10 Festival have closed. Selected scripts will be announced in January 2019.
